Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Ikon Media Indonesia ("ikonmedia", "we", "us") for the use of the Blast Squad game, its online features and the website blastsquad.ikonmedia.id (the "Service"). By installing or playing Blast Squad you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Who can play

Blast Squad is designed for players aged 10 and up. If you are under the age of majority where you live, please read these Terms with a parent or guardian, who must agree to them on your behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for their children's use of the Service.

2. Your licence to play

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and play Blast Squad on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment, in line with these Terms and the rules of the app store you got it from (Google Play or the Apple App Store). The store's terms also apply.

3. Guest account and display name

• Battle Online creates an anonymous guest account that is tied to the app on your device. If you uninstall the app or clear its data, the account cannot be recovered.
• Your display name must not be offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading or impersonate another person, and must not contain personal information such as your full name, phone number or address.
• We may change or reset a display name, or suspend an account, that breaks these rules.
• You can delete your account at any time — see Delete account.

4. Fair play

To keep the game fun for everyone, you agree not to:

• cheat, use bots, macros, modified clients or any tool that gives an unfair advantage;
• exploit bugs, or interfere with, overload or attack our servers or other players' connections;
• access or try to access other players' accounts or our systems without permission;
• copy, modify, decompile or reverse engineer the game, except where the law expressly allows it;
• use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to harass other players.

If you break these rules we may remove match results, reset stats, or suspend or end your access to online features.

5. Online service

We work hard to keep Battle Online available, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. Matches can end early because of connection problems or maintenance; when a player disconnects, a bot may take over their seat. We may change, pause or discontinue online features, game modes or content at any time. Offline modes (Story and Player vs AI) do not depend on our servers.

6. Ads and rewards

• Blast Squad is free to play. It may offer optional rewarded video ads that you choose to watch in exchange for an in-game bonus (for example continuing a stage).
• A reward is granted only after the ad has finished. If no ad is available, you can always continue without one.
• Rewards, power-ups, scores and any other in-game items have no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money and cannot be transferred or sold.
• Blast Squad currently has no in-app purchases. If we add them in the future, the terms of the app store will apply to those purchases.

7. Our content

Blast Squad and all of its content — including its name, characters, worlds, bosses, enemies, artwork, music, sound effects and code — are original works owned by Ikon Media Indonesia and are protected by copyright and other laws. Except for the licence in section 2, no rights are given to you. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without any obligation to you.

8. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains what information we process and how. It is part of these Terms.

9. Ending these Terms

You may stop using the Service at any time by deleting your online account and uninstalling the app. We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, or if we stop providing the Service. Sections 6 (no monetary value), 7, 10, 11 and 12 continue to apply after these Terms end.

10. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be excluded.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ikon Media Indonesia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, progress or in-game items, arising from your use of the Service. Because the game is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim (if any).

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We will try to resolve any dispute informally first — please contact us. If that fails, disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Indonesia, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or on this website. If you keep playing after the changes take effect, you accept the new Terms.
