Troubleshooting
- Battle Online won't connect
- Check your internet connection and try again. If the game says the server is busy or offline, wait a few minutes — servers may be under maintenance.
- My progress is gone
- Story progress and settings are stored only on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes them, and we cannot restore them from our server.
- The controls feel too small or too big
- Open Settings and adjust the control size and opacity.
- An ad button says "Ad not available"
- No ad could be loaded right now. You can simply continue without it — nothing is lost.
- I want to delete my data
- See the delete account page for in-app and email options. Delete account →
Frequently asked questions
Is Blast Squad free?
Yes. The game is free to download and play. There are no banner or pop-up ads; optional rewarded videos give small bonuses, and you can always skip them.
Do I need an account to play online?
No sign-up is needed. The first time you open Battle Online, the game creates an anonymous guest account on your device. You can change your display name at any time.
Can I play offline?
Yes. Story and Player vs AI work fully offline. Only Battle Online needs an internet connection.
Does watching ads help me win online?
No. Rewards from ads only apply to Story and Player vs AI. There are no ads during Battle Online, and online matches are equal for everyone.
How many players can play online?
Two to four per match. Empty seats can be filled with CPU bots, and a bot also takes over if someone disconnects until they reconnect.
Which languages are supported?
English and Indonesian. You can switch any time in Settings.
How do I delete my online account?
In the app, open Battle Online and choose delete account, or follow the steps on our delete account page.
Is the game suitable for kids?
Blast Squad is designed for players aged 10 and up. It contains cartoon action only, no chat, and ads shown to children are non-personalized and family-friendly.
